Thank you to Joyce for writing this great book - it's the best one I have read

Reading this book has been such an insightful revelation, that I really do not know where or how to begin. Firstly,Amazon needs to revise its grading system... if I could give this 10 stars I would. A practical, humorous and essential companion, OVERLOAD by Joyce Meyer has to be on your bookshelf.
Not far into the book, I found myself saying...'that's me,' over and over again. Then I discovered I was only at the introduction! Joyce has such an in-depth understanding of the human heart that is both reassuring and comforting. As I turned each page I felt a peace descend upon me and relief that I am not the only one...I felt I was in a therapy session. Thank you to Joyce for writing this great book - it's the best one I have read...ever!

Get this and the book! What a great deal!

Simple easy to read and practical! We all know most of it but when it is explained like this and laid out so you can actually apply it in your life, that is just what the doctor ordered (literally). I was so stressed out that reading the book on stress, stressed me out (that's bad). Little by little I started to incorporate what she teaches and now love the way I feel. I still have stress but I recognize it and it doesn't effect me like it did before. Most of the time we just pass up and skip the study guide, this is one case the study guide was great to have. Highly recommend!

A good read for someone overwhelmed by stress

I have been drowning in an overload of family and health problems for the last few years. This book could not have come out at a more perfect time in my life. I had been seeing a counselor for help with the stress but once I started reading Joyce's new book and applying what I read, in my own life, have I been able to discontinue the counseling sessions and go forward with a new outlook on life and how to handle the stressful situations that may come, leaning on Him who is always with me.
