It's funny how from simple things;

The best things begin... This story of Abigail and Charlotte; Just like all of the other novels Eliza has put out, captures you immediately. I can't praise her writing enough. Don't hesitate. Just buy it. You'll love. She's an amazing story teller. I promise you won't be disappointed.

In Bittersweet Homecoming, Eliza perfectly crafts a lovely, slow-simmering story, leaving you feeling romanced by the main characters, Abby and Charlotte. The cohesion in their budding relationship, and the classic small town life, is not only charming, but thoughtfully laid out. This romance has a classy, old-school tone, but also brings a fun, contemporary style with it. Delightful!

I definitely recommend it but...

Another good story from Eliza Lentzski, but could've been a bit longer and more developed - it seems to only skim the surface of all the different story lines: Charlotte's past, Abby's encounter with her mother, the budding romance between Abby and Charlotte. Of all of Lentzski's books, this one has the least amount of sex in it, which is okay, but I expected more from these two women with such a strong attraction to each other. Lentzski writes well, and I always love the realistic dialogue and funny banter between characters, but the story seems rushed and somewhat incomplete.
