Roger Bartlett is Professor of Sports Biomechanics in the School of Physical Education, University of Otago, New Zealand. He is an Invited Fellow of the International Society of Biomechanics in Sports and an Honorary Fellow of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, of which he was Chairman from 1991-4. Roger is a former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Sports Sciences and Sports Biomechanics.

I purchased this book for my uni course to help with the challenging physics/maths you have to struggle with in sports biomechanics. Eventhough it is pretty technical it helps explain some of the simpler and more difficult components of the course, so worth purchasing if you need a text book. Its also recommended by the lecturers on my course!!

God wants to heal us completely in our body, soul and spirit. We have to open ourselves to His Holy Spirit and let Him work. Fear wants to stop the work of God. We need to trust God. People will come and go in our lives, but God will always be there. Trust Him to do the work He wants to do. We can survive the loss of people, but we can't survive without God. God's healing process makes us free to taste life again, free to trust again and free to live without the restrictive force of threatening fear.
